Started with the single motto of not only
making, but also protecting, GMW executes
Fire Protection, Fire Detection and Fire
Alarm System mainly for Power Plants , Sub
Station, Refineries, Industrial installations. |
We
design Fire Protection and Detection System
as per NFPA (National Fire Protection Association),
TAC norms. We have full fledged capability
to design Fire Protection Systems for a
variety of application. |
We
supply UL/FM listed Fire Fighting equipments.
We have executed Fire Protection System for heavy
equipments like Transformers, Reactors, LPG Mounded
Bullets, Conveyors, Oil tanks etc. |

Fire
Protection System |
| We
offer following types of Fire Protection
Systems. |
Water
Based System |
Fire is extinguished by application
of water in jet/spray forms.
There are basically three different
types of Water Based systems
being offered by us. |
Spray System : It uses High Velocity Water Spray
/ Medium Velocity Water Spray
System depending upon the type
of hazard and equipment to be
protected. Here Temperature
sensing Heat Detector detects
fire and spray system operates
automatically through the Deluge
Valve. |
Sprinkler System : Linear Heat
Sensing cable / Detector detects
the fire and sprinklers operate
automatically through Installation
control Alarm Valve. Thereby extinguishing
the fire. |
| Hydrant System : It is used for the protection of
Control Building, Switch Yard
Area, ESP, Boiler Areas, etc.
| Gas
Based System |
Fire is extinguished through application
of CO2, Foam, etc. depending upon
size and type of hazard. |
Fire
Detection & Alarm System |
We offer following types of
Fire Detection & Alarm System.
1.
Conventional System
2. Analogue Addressable System. |
The
above systems include Fire Alarm
Panel, Repeater Panel, Photoelectric
Smoke Detectors, Ionization
Smoke Detectors, Heat Detectors,
Manual Call Points, Hooters
and Graphic Station (Computer).
Sensitivity of detectors can
be set depending upon the size
of area, air velocity, etc.
