The Continuous Chain Raked Screen is used on inlet
works and storm overflows where large concentrations
of debris are expected. Replaceable bolted tiny
plates are fixed to the carrier beams connected
to two strands of matched endless chains. |

This
machine provides continuous cleaning of vertical
bars of the bar screen through horizontal raking
beams. Through their continuous movement the raking
beams carry trash & debris accumulated on the
bar screen to the top of the machine. |
|

At
the discharge point, each Raking beam contacts
a pivoted wiper with wear resistant nylon blade,
which moves forward across the raking teeth and
pushes the collected debris on to the discharge
canal. |
|
|

Used
in water intake system to effectively remove, debris /
jellyfish, gathered on the bar screens which blocks the
flow of water into intake channel. |
